Number 1. Pakistan's opener Babar Azam is also the captain of Pakistan and in T20 he is in the first place with a rating of 805. Azam is widely regarded as one of the best contemporary batsmen in the world. He captains Karachi Kings in the PSL and captains Central Punjab in domestic cricket.
